Applied Agile Leadership

This course is aimed to yuo who is in a leadership position in your organization. You understand already the strength of agility and why agility is winning the future. Now you want to learn how you act as an agile leader. I've done a journey from developer and Scrum Master to agile coach, professional course trainer and now finally engineering manager at a product company. My aim in my manager role is to build the best possible development organization based on my long agile experience. In this course you'll learn how to transcend from agile promoter to agile doer and leader.
